Emotional regulating looks like a lot of crying followed by self-soothing at the beginning; Once you can validate feelings through expressing them, you can begin to regulate what the emotion is, where it is sourced, your rationale of the trigger, etc. and The more you process more of your emotions

I would urge everyone who is being affected by the SNAP shutdown to not only look at food banks but also check out if you have a community garden nearby. This is where you can possibly get free or discounted produce. I know this is extremely helpful if you are a vegetarian. is.gd/KAIAaB
