I think he's a speech-to-text user and he also ends his messages with "over" like he would with linkshell comms 😭 at least at first. When he's out he would rather just call or at least send a voice message, he probably has trouble with the tiny screen without his reading glasses.

had the realization that through the power of art and gpose combined I can achieve a very good depiction of emil's enshroud form :D the head is pure black like, well, a living shadow! if you've ever seen videos of vantablack painted objects I imagine it looks like that.
