My grandsons were with us this week No parents! It was a joyous, exhausting and blessed time while the world continues to fall apart around us. 9/11 brings the sadness of lost friends and innocence and the need to protect our kids. But we still need to fight and be truth tellers. Stay strong!

This was the issue, i.e. Waitlists, that caused Sec Shinsecki to resign in 2014. No one ever learns lessons from the past. My 97 year old father lost his referral from VA for his local hearing aid org as well. They are taking away benefits as well as making getting an appt impossible!
Usually, when I need an appointment at the VA, I can get one within 2 weeks. Today, I called for an appointment and the next available is in May, 2026. Firing 35K people will do that. The Trump administration hates veterans.
