Listening to the @melrobbins.bsky.social podcast and it’s changed my attitude, especially at work. I want to work in conservation and not just as a volunteer but as my day job and believing it will happen because I’m already putting the steps in to do so. The podcast has helped me, believe in me 🌱.

4 months after laparoscopy to remove endometriosis, a nasty endometrioma cyst and ovary I still get horrendous endo belly/extreme bloating.

Endometriosis has been found on EVERY major organ in the body and is listed as 1 of the top 20 most painful conditions to live with by the UK NHS but people still believe it’s nothing more than “just a bad period” … 🤦🏻‍♀️

It’s good to be home after been hospitalised due to severe endometriosis. Can’t wait to have my operation to remove the endometriomas that are around my right side of my ovaries and lining. Sometimes it sucks being a woman #endometriosis #periodssuck
