Virtually all "3D" movies are shot 2D and rotoscoped to be 3D. Avatar, Hobbit, Life of Pi, Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk, Hugo and a couple of others are the only ones shot with a 3D pair of cameras.
I remember back in the day people complained about 4-D movies not really being 4D (as in not having anything to do with time.)
But like... 3D movies aren't 3D either. they were more like motion picture pop up books. The idea of using steroscopy to add actual depth to movies is fairly recent.

Also, mRNA technology doesn't require growing the flu vaccine in chicken eggs; you can just grow it in a bioreactor. And of course, they could vaccinate all the egg laying hens against bird flu, and not have to destroy millions of them like they do in sane countries.

Listening to @twit.tv This Week in Tech and @iainthomson.bsky.social told me something that I had not known…the Australian gun restrictions were effective. The Bondi Beach murderers could only get a shotgun and a non semi-automatic rifle. Which is how hero Ahmed al-Ahmed successfully disarmed one.
