God I love that word. I can't remember where I saw it, but there was some video that said "Castlevania got its name because it's a Metroidvania set inside of a castle".

I sometimes get stuck there, too... saying T T and it just sounds unnatural. Gotta combine them into a single T so both words become one.

I hate doing VO. I'm like "Why can't I enunciate the 'm' in 'games'" or any of a thousand different things. Then I overdo it.

Oh yes, Accolade really put their all into the marketing. They REALLY wanted to have a mascot. I'm convinced they paid magazines to give it good ratings. It got like 8s and 9s.

I never cared for him even when he was new. He was sooo overhyped, landing the cover of every single game magazine and the game was meh... if you played the SNES version. It was much worse on the Genesis. Granted I didn't care for Aero the Acrobat either.

It's possible the stream mis-set the dialog normalization in the Dolby Digital encoder settings. I usually set it to -31db but that disables DN so that there's no pumping. However on a streaming service that would probably be a bad value to set it to since people watch on their phones, etc.
