OK I searched because I'm a digital pack-rat and I keep stuff like this. It had a floppy drive. In fact I remember using it to convert the Mac file system from HFS to HFS+. That helped save a ton of space, especially if you had a lot of files.

"My" first Mac was one that belonged to my mom's employer, Martin Marietta (might have been Lockheed by then). She updated from OS 7.0 to 7.1 and it took like 10 floppies. A year or so after that I bought my own Mac G3 (pre-iMac). I can't recall if it even had a floppy drive.

100% true! I remember distinctly because we called the huge 5 inch versions that were actually floppy "floppies" and I was like "Why is everyone calling these non-floppy disks floppies?". I never used them much because I was on Mac and software usually came on CD.

Alan Wake 1 is amazing. Alan Wake 2 not as much. It felt pretentious. I never bothered to finish it.
