Now that I can predict most of my migraines, I can work to mitigate them: water, eat on time, enough caffeine but not too much, Tylenol, darkness, cool room temp, avoiding headsets when I can, avoiding things that raise my blood pressure/heart rate, and I think I'm supposed to do something w/salt

Good morning Tokyo. This little purple butterfly would like you to have as decently ok a day as possible.
