Once upon a time, a writer penned a script on the Murdochs. And nobody would touch it. Enter the character of Greg Hirsch. Cousin Greg. Art meet life. #Succession.

Shout out to a number of my neighbors who came out to tell them off and get the f out of our town. And to local reporters who showed up to talk to people and document it. 3/3

Well, well, if it isn't the NY Post telling the truth here.
Most of America and the world may not realize it yet, but Larry Ellison has captured our media—surveillance—to the point any hint of freedom or democracy has been snuffed out. He has lusted after China's near-complete control, and he's outdone his CCP brothers. On his elite CCP wife, the 🍯: 🦗🦗🦗 ...

If you see pro-authoritarian regimes attacking news media for not being friendly enough and SIDE WITH THEM, you have already shown your colors
Let's start with requiring the President of the United States of America and his administration knowing how to spell the name of the country wrongly, illegally being targeted. [Yeah, it's "Colombia." Not that hard and part of a general grade school education.]

I laughed very hard at this roast of camo-clad feds in siege mode on the roof of the ICE building

Oh man. This.
One of the most TRUE signs I have ever seen at a march. Write this down and act upon it, friends.

Bari Weiss' reference to IDing the leakers relates to the company's electronic surveillance of its employees. Every email is archived and reviewable, every call is logged—and "unknown" no longer is. All of this is unimportant to the graf though. The bylines on that story know who leaked: Bari Weiss.
I agree. Yet, US companies have referred to employees in such terms for generations. Those "dead peasant policies?" Still legal. And:

"The US can say 'we killed 50 million' and so you'd say it's a whole net set of people. And it is. They get replaced by other people—white Christians."

See it?
IDK, guys. Some say commissioned, others say bought-and-paid-for. The difference? Who's to say? Some say propaganda, others say a difference of opinion. Some say fantastical, and...I say delusional. But feel free to stop at 'bought-and-paid-for.' Lots of bylines work that way, especially these days.

If your newspaper doesn't have no kings as the top us story today, throw it in the trash and don't look back

More people marched today than at any time in the history of the United States.

For @nytimes.com, it was the 6th most important story.

They are making sure that those in power do not see what they do not want to see.

This is not what we were brought up to think of as journalism.
The New York Times is more like propaganda tinged with a touch of truth. And it is for this purpose, sadly, Jeff Bezos acquired The Washington Post. As for Murdoch's rags, well, he began as a tabloid slinger and will end as one. What little news we get is finely curated or crafted to control.

And for 00:00:08 all is right with this world of ours.
[Targeted, accurate, and worth repeating. As often and loudly as is required.]

Not a shitpost: #NoKings is feel-good performative activism for comfortable mostly upper and upper middle class white folks and that’s good, actually. Millions of people in the streets protesting a fascist regime is good. It is good for the normie baseline to be massive displays of public dissent.
Here's the thing: If you are a proponent of monarchical rule & Nazism, you can be an American but certain jobs like, for example, president of the United States of America are either just not for you or ill-advised. An unAmerican, anti-America president has a defined, explicit ending under our laws.
Americans and people of the world, I give you the President of the United States of America:
Trump's Truth Social account just posted this AI video of him flying a fighter jet that reads "King Trump."

AI Trump is wearing a crown while he dumps shit on protesters. He's such a pathetic little man.
['Now, remember, if you're not sure, you can always call a vowel.' On the board: "A SH_TL__D."]
A nod to the dystopia a few among us desire for the many and, yeah, insanity. Absolute insanity.

Some might see it as a bad thing but I do not. Trump is radicalizing against him people who have political power to spare. No other class of Americans threatens him as much they do.
