I understand that some people can't stand heat and hate the summer, but also...there are some people who can't stand the cold and hate the winter.
It's also not being soft or whiny. I have Reynauds and I might lose my fingers and toes if they get too cold for too long.

Yes! I do this! Sunday is my "only what I want to do" day. Whole day video gaming? Great. Whole day writing a novel? Great. Plan an outing and then nope out of it? Great. Code because I want to? Great.
I tried having one day a week where I didn’t do work, but that wasn’t super helpful, so now I’m trying one day a week where I don’t do anything I’m not excited to do. And THAT is helpful.
