I'm Gegê, I'm a brazilian trans girl who draws mostly comics and mostly (I just realized that) existential/melancholic queer people 💛

Our character is partially lit by it, and directs their focus towards the light, as if just been discovered there. A picture of a person arriving home with two suitcases, they're looking away from us at shelves where objects are missing. There are eight panels around the image, like in a comic book. The first is the hand touching one of the shelves where small polaroids hang from a line. The second is a close up on the person's face. More and more people reporting today that Stripe - the payment processor that Itch said were putting the most pressure on them - now have staff actively confirming that yes, they are censoring LGBT content, adult or otherwise. That this is official company policy.

This seems kinda significant.

Same during my call- the wording I used was “non-explicit, legal, non-adult LGBT content”, and I got back the response that “yes, stripe is blocking this. We’re a private company, we make our own rules about it.” Was hung up on when I asked why.
