Ok I locked in and fixed sai2. the issue was my chronic Not Giving A Bother to rename downloads, so my pinned exe folder was the copy from the old drive instead of my reinstallation, and I couldn’t tell the difference bc EVERYTHING IS TITLED THE SAME (there have been no updates since last year+)

I’m not sure what I’m gonna be able to do to get the plates replaced. My mom’s been immobile for nearly a decade now, her license is beyond expired. There’s nothing I’ll be able to verify her identity with going to mva for new ones. I’ve never had a license, so I’m shit out of luck as a stand in too
