Well if he does not have any appreciable attention span then he is unqualified to be President.

Either the President is a racist piece of shit or he has no control over his social media accounts. Both are equally horrific and it is my opinion that both are true.

It sent shock throughout 🇺🇸 and it sparked Langston Hughes to write a poem in their honor.

Thank you Grammer and Gramma Jean for helping me develop strong moral principles. So happy you did not live to see this sickness in America.
The part that sticks with me is not even his racist post. It’s how fast so many people rush to protect him from responsibility. They told on themselves.

The benefit of the doubt appears instantly. The excuses appear instantly.

He never earns that grace. It just shows up on demand.

Black farmers are getting shut out by the Trump administration.

John Boyd, president of the National Black Farmers Association, says the WH told him, they are “moving away from DEI and small farm issues, and they were focusing on large-scale white farms… because they produce the most food.”

In the 80's I ran sound for a R&R band. We were playing a gig pretty close to the Capitol bld in Topeka. One afternoon we all walked over, and I told them about the cover art on Kansas (band) first album, which was in the Capitol. Hadda tell 'em all about who John Brown was. They were astonished.

It is Okay to be Angry, I am, what is important is what do you Do with that anger? Call your Reps, Volunteer for the polls in your district, help others in need, stand up to the bullies. When the time is right I will gladly accept the karmic hit for a little dance on all their graves.
IT'S REALLY REALLY FUCKED UP WHEN THE PARTY THE PRESIDENT REPRESENTS WATCHES IDLEY AS THE PRESIDENT CORNERS THE MARKET ON EVERY FUCKING THING!!

BE GLAD WHEN HIS ASS IN IS THE DEPTHS OF HELL!

What yo do to the least of you, you do to me also. This man will not be happy with what the fates have in store. Good!
TRIGGER WARNING, because here is a US Marshal from Trump‘s Gestapo Force in Memphis kicking a puppy today in the Whitehaven neighborhood and breaking its rib. They were serving a warrant and I guess BIG MAN got scared of the schnauzer.

(I didn’t take the video, the dog’s person did)

That is a good standard to this layman.
My view is that every instance of law enforcement wearing masks should require a judge's warrant, on the basis of a clear, definable threat to that agent's life or family.
Schumer: "There should be no masks, except in the most unusual of circumstances -- you know, some guy was put up by a terrorist group or something"

one thing i have noticed is a lot of folks do not seem to understand the difference between a presidential election and 435+ legislative elections. i have seen any number of people say that you could subvert the outcome this november by targeting “swing states,” which does not make any sense.

This, This, This, This! One positive from my recent diagnosis of epilepsy is that I got in contact with my State Representative and started communications.
as i keep saying, the things to do to secure elections are to volunteer to work the polls or to serve as an observer, & to pressure your *state representatives* to take steps to further secure voting locations and ballots. you should also learn about how election administration works in your area.

in real terms, #7 would give states leverage to put an end to surges, #8 would give states the ability to outright stop construction of new detention facilities, #1 and #6 would slow the rate at which DHS could train and deploy officers, #2 and #10 would likely shrink the pool of recruits
Schumer & Jeffries lay out the Democratic demands for a DHS funding deal in a letter to the top Republican leaders
