*Capitalism is failing us. Instead of bringing a decent life it generates an outrageous gap between the rich and the rest; unaffordable housing, healthcare & education; racial & gender inequality; climate disaster. Economist David Kotz argues it's time we built a new socialism for the 21st century*

Man, Greenland Greenland Greenland!!! Everyone up in arms about this. I would never put anything past this fascist psychopath, but it still looks to me like he wants everyone to pay attention to this and less attention to Minnesota/ICE/the economy/Epstein

#YMMV
This is the full text of the real, batshit insane letter Trump sent to the Norwegian Prime Minister.

We all know MAGA is a death cult, but if Congress & his Cabinet refuse to remove the mentally incontinent idiot from office, they’re guilty of risking the lives of every single person on the planet.

It's hard for me to look at without imagining Trump and gang having a similar experience someday during their lawful arrests.

It’s NOT about immigration
Pew Research Institute (2023):

• Red State Texas has about 2.1 million undocumented immigrants

• Red State Florida has 1.6 M undocumented immigrants

• Blue State Minnesota has 130,000.

And yet only Minnesota is being occupied by masked thugs over "immigration."

It's *not* about immigration.

1. There are not over 70 million bigots in this country. They were dead wrong to vote for Trump, but they were not all bigots.

2. Replacing Trump with a neoliberal will keep Trumpism alive long after Trump himself is gone. The antidote to American fascism is social democracy, as FDR well understood
Nah, don't overthink it. They're dumb, racist hicks, and we can ignore their whining.

We'll drag them kicking and screaming into a better world, where the trans lady they bullied out of town gets a living wage, and so do they.
