Roe v. Wade didn't rule on federal law, so it was within the Court's purview. The way to fix it is to pass federal reproductive rights protection and ignore/overrule any subsequent SCOTUS action to strike that down.

What's truly insane is that ostensibly progressive presidents continue to adhere to the bogus precedent of Marbury v. Madison and allow the SCOTUS to unconstitutionally strike down popular federal laws

This video is absolutely excellent and you should watch it.

One point really stands out: Genocide does not happen overnight. It takes a framework—authoritarianism, dehumanization of targeted groups, and international abandonment.

Seems clear this is what the Trump regime is building toward.
