I love sports, music, writing, and science, but I'm mainly here for the jokes.

Tend your garden and let God handle the rest.
Pinned
Literal, mental, and metaphorical.

This is truly the way.
Even the best laid plans fall apart.

Sometimes, it is best for you let them crash, gather yourself, and have the courage to try again.
What has this year taught you?

Who knew Fake It Til You Make It was a viable business strategy.

They are glorified monorail salesmen.

And get hundreds if not billions in VC to artificially pump up the valuations of portfolios nationwide.
Founders on LinkedIn still seem to be struggling with the difference between telling people about their humble beginnings and admitting to straight up committing fraud.

Jasmine Rice is the Alpha and the Omega. She truly is that girl.

I also lowkey like me some parboiled rice depending on the dish.
What’s your favorite type of rice?!?

I’m a Jasmine Rice type of gal

After what happened to John Fortè, you'd think buddy would be more careful w/ how he was movin'.

Could have easily worn black, but this shade of brown with his skin tone works so well.

Excellent look.

Smitty is guaranteed to do 2 things on a gameday:

Wake up Black, and get a fit off.

I appreciate his dedication to the aesthetic.
Whole team is work mode and Smitty is in 70s fly is he not on the group texts 😂… he’s still fly to me.

I am still not counting out KC til they get their 8th loss.

That was a hell of an effort by SEA on the final drive pinned at their own 1 yard line, but 4 picks will sink you damn near every time.

Sam Darnold is in freefall. My word.

They need help on both sides of the trenches and badly this offseason.

They have a good record, but an opponent with a good front 7 and a good running game is their kryptonite.

Took till Week 11, but we here.

Jettas is doing his absolute best to not lose his shit with every bad throw.

Jettas is the best WR in the world, and knows it, but doesn't really engage in typical diva WR behavior.

These growing pains are gonna test his patience, especially since he was feasting last year with Sam Darnold.

If he keeps it together on camera for longer than 4 games I will be impressed.
I'm gonna give it mmmmmm 6 games before Jefferson starts to grumble...

What say y'all?

No way. There are thousands of RB in college who couldn't do it. Average person has no shot.

At best, you will end up with a bruise the size of a dinner plate as you get tackled in the backfield.
If you had 4 tries to run for a first down in the NFL and you win $10 mil …. Would you be able to do it?? (You can choose your offensive line)

Tons. Great music is timeless.

That's one of the drawbacks of the internet age. You can find your niche & stay there & never find anything else, if you so choose.

We got exposed to so much more cause in some cases, we didn't have that control. And as a result, we found a bunch of dope music.

As a kid, the New York Times was THE paper of record as far as I was concerned. They were the gold standard of journalism, to me.

That reputation / illusion has been permanently shattered for me and a lot of former readers.

Many of the staff had no say in the editorial direction, but damage done.
I think there are a number of people employed at the New York Times -- certainly not all of them, but many! -- who simply do not grasp how badly the paper's credibility has been shaken over the past few years, along several different axes, and for multiple different reasons

Not for nothing, imagine how different baseball would be if MLB didn't adopt the universal DH a few years back.

Shohei might not be a Dodger at all. Who knows where he goes if he doesn't have that carrot to lure him to LA.

What a sliding doors moment.
Which, he wouldn't. His offense alone is MVP-worthy whether he pitches or not.
He is far more likely to just be a DH if he had to pick one from here on out.

It's insane that being a #1 caliber starter would be limiting his productiveness as a player if he had to choose only one. Just bonkers.

What's even wilder is, if he stays healthy, he has a legit chance to match Bonds' 7 MVPs, anyway.

He's the best player ever when you throw in the "playing in a fully integrated league" caveat.
It’s also wild that Aaron Judge going crazy and setting the AL record for HRs is the only thing separating Shohei Ohtani from winning 5 straight MVP across both leagues.

If you made content for us.
For free.
While you are paying us for the privelige of doing so.
And we would hold all rights to the IP if the submission is a hit.

Yeah. That would be swell."

Buddy had to bust his ass to become as successful as he was.

But because he couldn't stop trickin, someone else is walking around with generational wealth that could have gone to his family after he was dead and gone.

A family that came out of a leaky tin roof house in rural GA.

What a waste.
Shannon Sharpe's old ass was so uncontrollably horny, he had to pay a young lady enough money that she was able to retire in her 20s, lol. Country ass fool.

They honestly could break the US economy by themselves.

For all intents and purposes, they are irreplaceable.

Without people to act as sky traffic cops, planes cannot take off or land AT ALL.
Imma be honest….. I wouldn’t blame the Air Traffic Controllers ONE BIT if they all got up and collectively walked off the job. FUCK ALL THIS SHIT 😭😭😭😭

Y’all are out of your minds and you can only push people so far.

This really seems like they are teaching kids to read like they are autocorrect instead of human beings trying to fundamentally learn how to understand a language.

Grammar, syntax, & context won't mean anything if you can't make sense of the string of letters to begin with.

A thing about his tailoring I admire, his suits always have a degree of flow and "breathe-ability" to them.

The clothes are adorned on him in every sense of the word.

He wears the outfit. The outfit doesn't comprise him.

Anyone who can make wearing a suit look like leisure wear has IT.
