So far. Still the early days. What I see is much closer to useful.

I agree, LLMs cannot extrapolate or advise beyond their training. In these cases the response is nonsense.

But their ability to recognize a pattern in a very large pile of data within their trained domain can be mind-boggling.

I hope European leaders are taking heed. We can now see those innocent drone recon flights in a truer light.

A similar "one-and-done" offensive strike could dramatically shift the current armament advantage.

History will show, his policies were inspired.

Investing in infrastructure (with a focus on red states), rural internet and the renewable energy infrastructure would have been transformational if given another 4 years.

The Biden Boom would have persisted for many more years but was cut short.

It's too bad you have allowed these concerns to blind you to the value AI can bring to all our lives.

Yes, AI needs guardrails, like the Internet did (and still does).

However, the convenience of well-designed, AI-enhanced products and services will find eager users.

Smart, cautious optimism.

The internet of 1999 was pretty limited. But we could see how it opened up new ways to do everything.

The same is true of AI. Today's LLMs are clever chat bots - if enhanced with well-curated training data do remarkable things.

Some of us can already see - AI will open new ways to do everything.
