BREAKING: A Ninth Circuit judge has sua sponte — on their own — already called for a vote on whether there should be an en banc rehearing (which means all active judges will vote on whether the matter should be reheard). Briefing is called for on that question, due by mid-week.

Ok, this is new. Right after I wrote this reply, I checked to see if there was an update and now the label is saying the same thing you’re saying. I have to remove the acronym. That seems like a slippery slope to me but whatever. (Sighs in cynicism)

I think my meaning is clear and I resent the fact that I now suddenly have to change a phrase I’ve had on my profile since I joined. I see a lot of profiles using the same keywords who are clearly not M… supporting. I’m wondering if there’s a way to email them directly to have this resolved.

I use the block feature regularly, however, as of 2-ish weeks ago, my account has been labeled as “MA*A supporting”. I’ve appealed it following the link twice but it’s still there. I’m worried I’ll be placed on block lists. So frustrating. Any suggestions?

I dont think enough Americans realize Republicans are gearing up for permanent rule. I dont know if we will get to midterm elections. Even if we do, with gerrymandering, the gutting of the Voting Rights Act, and violent intimidation, they'll rig the elections for minority rule.
