About 3 mo ago I got a new Hyundai Ioniq 6, and now I'm completely sold on EVs. It's quiet, efficient, smooth, and mechanically simple. EVs are way better than ICEs in all respects except for one: energy storage. Since 99% of the time we just drive around town, range is not a problem.

Nautilus are so weird and ancient. They manage their buoyancy with a gas vessel, like submarines. They're jet propelled. Their eyes are so primitive they don't have lenses; they work like pinhole cameras - open to seawater.
But they survived when their more advanced ammonite relatives croaked.
