In Minneapolis several organized groups are bringing supplies to families too frightened to leave their homes. Ice is stating to follow these people and is leaving empty grocery containers in front of homes to scare people from getting their supplies.

Stand Your Ground laws should protect you against any masked people trying to kidnap you. Any self-defense law should cover this scenario, if they can't prove they're law enforcement and they're trying to kidnap or shoot you, you should be able to defend yourself.
