I always wanna share this, because BMI is a lie. It's just wrong. The only reason weight matters is so you can keep track to see if you are rapidly gaining or losing which could be an underlying health issue.

There is no ideal shape or weight. Give your body what it needs

Cannot stress enough how despite a lot of docs saying "We're worried about your weight, you need to cut calories" and only putting on more unhealthy fat that was making it hard to breathe, for me it was going UP to around 3500 cal of protein and veg that made me healthier. Fuck BMI.
