I’m confused how it is despicable to ask that question. These are exactly the kinds of questions we have been begging reporters & TV hosts to ask. I will NEVER use Air Canada again. Trying to visit a dying friend & they couldn't figure out how to park the plane for 40 minutes so we missed our connection & are stranded while losing the cost of accommodations & return flights. They take NO responsibility.
