If file detection algogritms use hashing to identify files, couldn't you trick file hosting sites into allowing pirated files by hex editing an extra bit or 2 to the file and including instructions for the recipient to remove said bits once they download it??

The thing about the Unite States Jury system is that because Jury Nullification exists, the opposite also exists, the Jury can find you guilty of anything they want to so long as they unanimously agree. Many gun owners are against stricter gun background checks. I can understand why, because stricter background checks would reveal that many of them are completely mentally unfit to own firearms. I REALLY need a movie where a modern hardcore Batman is out of commission so he gets Jack Black to take over as "Batman" while he recovers and Jack Black plays a comedic Batman like in the Adam West days, still saving the day. Maybe even get an an old guy to be his "Robin" for even more hilarity.

Way to allow for every Pokémon gimmick in a single game. Just use Hoopa. Go through a portal into a directly parralel world where the only difference is the gimmick, everything looks the same except trainers use the dimensions gimmick instead and you are limited to it as well.
