Now the dust has settled on another #FebMusicChalleng25 As something that started several years ago to help keep away the February blues I did not think that so many years later people would still be joining in with their songs and stories. I personally needed it more than ever this year - thank you
Brilliant thanks for letting me know.
@jpembroke.bsky.social Hi James, i hope you are well. Sorry to trouble you but will you be publishing any MTC data and analysis this year? Always find it useful.

Hi Folks. Apologies to anyone who was expecting #PrimaryRocks to be running tonight, but it won't be on now this term. Everything is alright, but something has to give and...

...unfortunately, it has to be our #PrimaryRocks edchat at this moment in time. I am OK, but I know that over the coming weeks, there are things that I will miss if I am not mindful so I need a hiatus.

Thanks for all your contributions over the years and I hope to be back soon.

Am listening to @grahamandre.bsky.social playlist from February with lost classics 😊
I am not a massive fan but some of my children love books by those authors and if it means they read and enjoy it then why not. #PrimaryRocks
A3: I love reading a story to the kids (Year 5) but they are also at an age where I love to hear them read to the class as well so we often do that as well. #PrimaryRocks
A2: I remember making this TES top 100 books checklist some time ago, how do you think it holds up now? #PrimaryRocks
A1: Not really my area of expertise this (not sure what is to be fair). A range of book styles from a range of authors, good quality texts and a mix of old and classic books. #PrimaryRocks

I prefer the later books but I haven't read these since I was 19!

I'm only about a sixth of the way in but so far it's really good, especially as the reader knows the fate but not how/why we get there ...
The Killer Across the Table looks good! I loved Mindhunter, gutted they cancelled it.
I had a real phase of reading his books, havent for ages though. May have to get back into them again.

I have started back at the beginning of Terry Pratchett's Discworld. I have read The Colour of Magic and now onto The Light Fantastic. I was really sad when he died and I put off reading his last book because I knew that was going to be IT. So I've started from the beginning again! #PrimaryRocks

I have two on the go - my 'big' read and my quick 'dib into' read that I have read before but can't remember whodunit...

Always have 2 on the go, one for downstairs and one for bedtime!
Yay for #PrimaryRocks I am loving reading at the moment and I am currently reading this book '59 Memory Lane' which is a beautiful story and a nice break from my usual Stephen King, Greg Horowitz or Freda McFadden. What are you current favourite adult reads?
