That would certainly be the case in Nottinghamshire where I am. You're probably right and I'm probably over-estimating house prices in 'the south' :-)
£10 million seems like a good level to start on. I get that there are a lot of people who are cash poor, but asset rich (pensioners in houses that are now very valuable) who might struggle to find the money to pay without having to sell. This figure would presumably exempt them?
Richard Taylor was a fine IndieSoc president and used to say nice things about the indie discos that I DJ'ed at Uni so happy to see him win this one. Richard III didn't even bother coming.
It would result in a less accurate RTP (Return To Player), given billions of electronic spins are run to generate RTP. And they don't rip the player off, they state clearly what the player is getting back - less than they put in.
Just unhinged and vile. Makes no sense by any measure other than chasing the votes of the most committed racists.
Tell us more about your programme of planting a million magic money trees.

I remember the half bricks thrown by Rotherham fans falling around me when I was 12 years old at Belle Vue, in the early '80s. He's a delusional prick.
Jenrick casting 1980s British football hooliganism as something that was easily dealt with by police and not an era defining issue which we're still living with the consequences of today... He's genuinely the most unserious person in British politics rn

What's my best option for a platform to play this on, if I'm 'on a budget'/skint?

I broadly agree, but it's not always an issue of training - some of the jobs are seasonal (agriculture, Christmas related (which run Sept ->Dec) and so aren't suitable for people paying mortgages or have rent commitments. And of course some of the jobs aren't where people live or could be housed.

One of my earliest memories. I can't remember much but I think it was my absolute favourite when I was 4 or 5.
I don't suppose there's much else going on over there for them to talk about.
No, it's OK. I find the flags really distressing and I've removed a few where I can get at them, but a lot of them, including the ones in sight of my kids school playground are not accessible.
You are right, I will delete.
