Today is #RefuseSingleUseDay.

Let’s be clear: the responsibility to "refuse" shouldn't rest on individuals—it must start in boardrooms and in policy. We cannot recycle our way out of this crisis.

Today, we demand that industries stop manufacturing toxic packaging.

We affirm that every community deserves #SafeAffordableWater. Long-term investment in our public water systems ensures that families don’t carry the cost of unsafe water.

Watch the mini-documentary on Laredo’s water crisis from the #WECRCaucus ⬇️
For 30 years, Rosa Sauceda has lived in Laredo, TX, and boiled her water more times than she can count. She, like many across the country, are struggling to access #SafeAffordableWater.
