I think that may be true. I’m shocked that the calls for impeachment are staying mostly focused on DHS and not the president overseeing the whole thing.

Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.

I remember being taught (or thinking) as a kid that most of the people of the Soviet Union were good and kind. Only their leaders were brutalists.
I now only hope that until we unelect or impeach this regime, the rest of the world will remember that about us.
