That’s not ass kissing. tRump is easily manipulated with praise. Carney is buttering up the 🍊💩. Most world leaders have caught on to this strategy.

tRump thinks “transformative” is a compliment, and Carney knows he does. The rest of us know it means “transform America into a shithole country.”
