I just did a rewatch of Stand by Me and The Princess Bride. Two perfectly directed movies, with humour, heart and great storytelling.

The Final Show version is superior to the original Eras Tour concert movie on Disney. There’s more joy, more authenticity and the TTPD set was so good! A concert film for the ages!

The fact that four hostile drones tried to hit Zelenskyy’s plane & it’s barely a blip in the news cycle should terrify everyone. We’ve been dragged so deep into the chaos era that an attempted strike on a world leader doesn’t even break through. When this becomes normal, the world is in real danger.

There were so many incredible moments for the Blue Jays this season and especially in the playoffs. I want to thank that group of uncommon men for 2025. For a life long Jays fan, this stings in the moment, but I can’t be bitter; the entertainment value these guys gave is unmatched.

Canada has all these tech and biz groups who want to bring in more talent. The political barrier is a lack of housing. Yet, as far as I can tell, they're spending zero resources trying to fix the housing crisis. I really don't get it.

In the first nine months of the year, Ontario had just over 28,000 condo and freehold housing starts—the lowest level since 1995. And with new/pre-construction sales falling, things are going to get worse before they get better.
