Absolutely. There is nothing that will piss off Trump more than being ignored. Retaliating with more tariffs is pointless. We can all (collectively) choose to continue boycotting American products, and avoiding all travel there.

I would say that Canada needs to continue on its own path, but not take retaliatory measures against the U.S. That would be a dangerous escalation. But forge ahead, make deals with China. Just basically ignore the U.S. as much as possible.
