Ever see a list of new unit COs and think to yourself, wow, I would get charged with insubordination so god damn fast? 😂 Nitwits and ass kissers.

Fun fact: Adidas and Puma were both founded by Nazis, the Dassler brothers. They had an acrimonious split when Rudolf suspected that his brother Adolf (Adi) had turned him in to the Americans on suspicion of having been a member of the Waffen SS. Wild, eh?

Manually submitting drug claims for reimbursement is so onerous...

On this International Day of Persons with Disabilities remember:

Not all disabilities are visible.
Some conditions you don't think of as disabilities are.
They are not a matter of willpower.
You can become disabled at any point in life.
*And*
Nothing about us without us.

So I don't have to raze the Canada Life building to the ground, my drug coverage has been restored. All it took was three angry phone calls, and an angry online chat, and they finally figured out that yes, they do in fact have to cover my prescription drugs. What a pack of morons...

How do I put this succinctly, and politely... Fuck Huff. He wants to throw his lot in with the Kelly crowd? Get bent.

I'm still blown away by the fact that I *actually* have a reasonable human being as my VAC case manager. I mean, that's a low bar to clear, but VAC is VAC, so this is actually a pleasant surprise. Made for a decent day!

Nothing more fun than talking about war crimes with your psychologist to start the day...

Newest jersey should be in the mail today, can't wait to get my hands on it! Paid WAY too much for it, but worth it to complete my retro jersey collection.

Psychologist, then car to the shop... Fun morning? Not really...

So, massive helmet geek confusion here... Marcus Mariota is clearly wearing an Oakley visor here, but there aren't any visor clips... Is this an Oakley Axiom visor? 🤔 Does such a thing exist? I know this is something no normal person cares about, but it's been confusing me since last night...

Purple is the purplest of purples. Purple! Hair! Happy! 😂

Phone calls should not leave you more angry than when you started. Then again, don't phone insurance companies? I think *maybe* my drug coverage issues have been resolved?

So, the Broncos sure did not do things the easy way in their win over the Commanders last night... But hey, a win is a win, and Alex Singleton is back! Go Broncos!

Waking up early on a Monday morning to fight insurance companies over drug coverage is my favourite thing to do... 🫠

I believe that it *may* be possible that I'm a fan of Charlie Power. In order of photos (L to R): 2014 Outlaw jersey (first pro game), 2022 Outlaw jersey, 2023 Outlaw jersey (last regular season game). He had a solid career, and is a credit to the Holy Trinity Academy Knights football program!

I hate this world where we have to do a double take to see what is satire and what is real. Wasn't until I saw that this was The Beaverton that I knew it was satire, it's FAR too believable.

I don't know how two point chinstraps are still legal in this day and age. A lousy chinstrap kinda negates a high tech helmet.

There's something so frustrating knowing that someone served in the Great War because of contemporary newspaper reporting, but not being able to track down their service records, no matter how hard you try.

For example, the room of Canada’s top journalists heartily laughing as Poilievre mocks the concept of “Queers for Palestine” as “crazy.”

Yikes.

So the Stamps increased helmet prices at the Locker Room Sale to $500 each. Of my 13 helmets, only 4 cost more than $500, and of those, only 2 are modern. The price increase is pricing people out of collecting, which is very disappointing to see. I started small before going big.
