Hazie's, a San Francisco restaurant co-owned by celebrity chef Joey Altman in Hayes Valley, had quite an eventful Saturday night. A video showing a couple assaulting employees at the restaurant has gone viral on social media, racking up over 780,000 views.

To have plays like that go our way is an unaccustomed experience.
At the start of the season I had just wanted to see overall improvement as a team and an organization and now I am buying in that they may have concocted the secret sauce to build a consistent winner! BEAR DOWN!

Thoughts on the Bears game that have stuck with me today.
The incredible TD catch by DJ and the INT by Jaylon felt like the moments when the Bears have cemented the fact they have solidly taken the next step. My instant reaction on both those play was that they were a TD and INT for the Browns.

Joe Thuney has great timing! Plays for great Pats teams, leaves to join great KC teams. Peaces out of KC before their downward slide to join a rising Bears team. #ChicagoBears

This rings true to what has happened in health care as well.
The worst thing to happen to academia was the emergence of a nomadic administrative class like the one in corporations who just move from institution to institution setting fires and walking away.

Say what you will about the flaws of faculty governance, but at least they believe in the mission.

Unbelievable bullshit.

The win in NYC is phenomenal but what has me most excited is to see Dems winning smaller races all across the South. VA, GA, and hot dam Mississippi all pulling out huge wins is the sign that we are going to turn this around.

@kdzwierzynski.bsky.social as the resident Wrigleyville expert, do you know if they are doing the Xmas market this year and/or the holiday experiance on the field from a couple years ago?

Getting concerned that the Bears keep committing multiple self drafting penalties a game. Clearly better talent this year and I think a vastly superior coaching staff.
They need to figure out how not to beat themselves.
