One of my most fun days on the internet ever was accidentally introducing this cover to a bunch of babies who were not alive in 1993.

Frankenstein’s Monster, YouTube sketch.

Just saw Del Toro’s Frankenstein.

I enjoyed it. Great nod to Bernie Wrightson’s Frankenstein and aesthetics.

This movie will definitely confuse people who haven’t read the original Frankenstein story by Mary Shelley though.

I don’t buy vintage vinyl records, but buying old underground comics is about as close as I’ll probably get to understanding what it feels like to find some rare punk/indy record.

it was really the Wild West during the glory days of the undergrounds, I wish I could've seen more of these when I was young and impressionable
looking at (and buying) old underground comics on eBay, kinda getting obsessed again
I think this is the tv series we need right now.

Excited to start reading this. It collects the start of the Marvel series, which was the fourth comic book series I ever read regularly after G.I. Joe, Transformers, and Conan the Barbarian. And the only one of them I haven't revisited since it originally came out.
