Y’all check out this thread. There are diff angles of apparently a LRAD being used. A reporter described it as like hearing a vehicle coming right at you which is why you see everyone moving away so quickly to the side.

I haven’t personally seen this before
So, our dictator has used forbidden sound cannon (LRAD) on peaceful protestors. He couldn't stand the success of peaceful protests, so he had to intervene. 🤬
