I asked my husband to help me because I am really tired & need to rest before I go back to work tomorrow. Have been pushing myself & chronic illness too hard.
His answer?
"I have a headache" and he walked away.
So this year I am going to put myself first & not do things for him all the time.

A week ago I paid a gardener to trim trees and clear out a garden that I had been asking my husband to do for over a year at the front of our house.
It took a whole week for hubby to even notice.
Planning my next move now!!

This morning I was doing a short bush walk.
Suddenly a rabbit came racing around the corner straight for us !!
Both bunny & Willow froze. They both must have been thinking WTF???
Bunny decided that a terrier was not to be messed with & turned tail & hopped off really fast.

So my 88 year old Mum forgot my birthday today for the very first time in my life. I even went to visit her and she still did not remember. ( she still lives in her own home and drives and is very sociable -so not in la la land yet) But it is a little bit sad.

Probably not a good idea to have my blood pressure checked after dropping the dog to the vet for a broken tooth to be fixed. I t was higher than it has ever been before. Then I got a phone call to say that they had found another broken tooth. Just grateful that I can afford the treatment.

I hardly ever go to the supermarket. And I still wear a mask due to my chronic lung condition. Today on the way out who should I see but my doctor at the self checkouts. I yelled out hello and she looked up -smiled -and gave me a thumbs up for having a mask on. 😷🙂

I had skin cancer surgery on the back of my leg & was not able to walk Willow for a couple of weeks. But we were back on our bush walk yesterday which was lovely. Then we found some spring flowers ! #BTposse #dogsofbluesky
