Befristungen sind auch Achillesferse für unbefristet Beschäftigte. Da befristete Verträge einfach auslaufen u nicht nachbesetzt werden können, bedeutet das für unbefristet Beschäftigte, dass diese Arbeit zusätzlich auf sie umgelagert wird. Sie werden also zusätzlich arbeiten müssen.

An extraordinary discovery was made in Ibiza: a 30-centimeter wooden sculpture representing Hercules. Considering the scarcity of wooden sculptures preserved from the Roman era, this discovery is truly remarkable.
