Proud to say that we are continuing our work towards disability justice by removing the spousal cap for couples where both partners are on PWD. As of December 1st, couples will receive the same disability benefit as two single individuals. This change will benefit thousands of households across BC.

We strongly disagree with the court’s treatment of private property, but even as this case continues, we know lasting solutions are found through dialogue & collaboration with First Nations partners
