Data shows that youth using vaping products has nearly doubled since the late 2000s & this is troubling given the health concerns linked with vaping. It is time we shift the blame from the victim to the perpetrators of sexual violence. With my recommendation to to set the new ceiling at $75,000 - 14 times higher than the current limit - our government is creating new ways for victims to get the justice they deserve for the harms they’ve endured.
