Agh that’s the worst I remember I didn’t sleep or eat for 2-3 days but the bare minimum bc of the stress and chaos and nerves of it all. For me, listening to music shuts the part of my brain that won’t be quiet, which makes it easier to fall asleep. Sending you sleepy 😴 vibes
