I have the Target Life of A Showgirl vinyl and over the weekend we discovered it skipped on "ghosted me" at the beginning of Actually Romantic. I'm hearing that skipping is a problem on these vinyls? Is there a version of the vinyls where there isn't any skipping?

As a 90s Star Trek fan who had to put up with a LOT of "DS9 isn't REAL STAR TREK!" I find it especially offensive when the twerps use DS9 to justify their hate campaigns against the new shows.

Just did a Christopher Guest rewatch marathon in prep for Spinal Tap 2 and this holds up the best out of them I think. The music is INCREDIBLE.
A Mighty Wind still mostly holds up. The Christopher Guest brand of ensemble comedy almost feels as quaint as the folk music in this one. Songs were better than I remembered. Pretty sure I saw this one at the Mayan in 2003. Deleted scenes were taken out for a reason, although a few were good.
