Just used some of the vanilla extract I've had steeping since last April, made some icing to go on a Cinnamon Focaccia.
It has the merest hint of the rum I used to make it but the vanilla flavour is to die for already, will be decanting into smaller bottles when the year is up. NOM! 😋😋😋

So, the Trump admin is defending the arrest of 5-year old Liam, and it plans to appeal the judge's decision. As for Liam, he's glad to be home & just wants to have a pizza. (As for me, I'm embarrassed and ashamed that my government thinks arresting 5-year olds is something worth fighting for.) 😡

Today I was supposed to make chicken & veg soup from chicken bones, risotto & chicken feta pies from the chicken & attempt chicken liver pate recipe for the 1st time. I made the executive decision to do none of those & instead everything has gone in the freezer for me to do another day. Quiet day 😌
