Hexen death kings is so so monotonous and bad dear god I can tell why civvie didn’t even bother with a full reboot feels like the devs unlearned what worked or didn’t in heretic and hexen and just sucked all the fun out of the experience while just giving you enough resources to barely not die

I have thoughts on hexen. I like so much of what it’s doing but the signposting of where you’re supposed to go next is among the worst of its ilk (note this is specifically about chapter 2, 1 and 3 were much better) I haven’t been this list since I played daikatana

Hexen kind of rules. It’s trying to be so much more than doom and failing miserably at times but by god it’s compelling. Also play as the warrior because Jesus the mage and cleric suck so so bad

Playing the heretic and hexen remaster and damn what a game heretic is completed the original game and the new faith renewed chapter just a great great experience loved it onto hexen

Weapons is a glorious fairytale of a movie and I cannot recommend seeing it in a packed theater enough. The pop off leading to the last 3-5 minutes of the movie may be the hypest movie experience I’ve ever had. Incredible. 5/5
