Shorter run today but stopped for many photos, the sky was looking really nice for my entire run. Unsure what the training impact is when stopping every half mile. 😁

Strava removes the stops from my pace so when I want to feel fast I look there instead of Garmin 😎🏃‍♂️‍➡️

The solar farm that the Admin just cancelled could have produces 6.2 GW of power. That's more than 3 Hoover Dams.

I think the animosity goes back as far as Robert Bork in the 1980s. Yes, it has gotten worse, but so have "interviews" on cable TV news. The atmosphere of attack, interrupt, attack, has become normalized. It serves no one.

Well ... I have 5 copies of the Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour (different formats) so that *might* count as the album I've listened to the most, but Depeche Mode and KD Lange albums are in there as well (music I was trying to learn).
