I felt like shit after this year’s COVID shot (got it on a Fri, was completely useless for the rest of weekend—the usual aches, fatigue, etc) but that’s always the case for me. My spouse was fine.

They offered me the flu shot at the same time and I said get behind me, Satan. I’ll be back for that.

I also learned early on that I don’t pronounce Nicollet correctly. I don’t use a French pronunciation but apparently it should be more like Nicklet and less like Nickuhlette

I don’t know what other cities look like, but I think that the commissioner of health role is one I want the Council to vote on. Probably others as well, but there are real implications to the way that position approaches public health that directly affects residents.
