The National Behaviour Survey slipped out during a busy news period, but look at the progress that we've made — with school staff & parents — over the past year.
Lots more to be done, but so happy that children are enjoying school more, they feel they belong, and they feel safe.

Day 2 #ResearchAdvent - values. Well values are playing a significant part in my data analysis. Being values led, especially respect & trust is a key factor in the chair/exec relationship according to my participants. I've been enjoying reading/thinking about respect in particular. #PhDSky #UKEdGovs

#70DaysOfPhD finished yesterday 🎉 Feel really pleased with my efforts even if I didn't quite reach my final goal & have more editing to do before Lit Rev can go to supervisor. But it's December & my YP are coming home from abroad for Christmas ❤️ so I can back off the #PhD for a while.

#70DaysofPhD It's the final 3 days of my big push - yesterday, a good couple of hours editing the Lit Review. Grrrr because of government changes to guidance documents since I first wrote it. More to do today but less time. Trying to do something every day for 70 days to travel that #PhD journey
