So, this is a long list. But, crucially, #2 is 12 years old. So if King Charles dies, and both William and Catherine die, who ends up Regent? Because it's either Harry(living in Canada, outs with the crown), Andrew(nonce), or either Anne or Edward(both ancient). Which is a tough call.

If you have 2 weeks vacation and can't/won't enjoy a week off, next year take the last Friday of each month off. An extra 3-day weekend every 4 weeks is incredible for making life easier.

(10 days vacation means skipping Nov/Dec, but the end of those months already have lots of days off).

I don't know who needs to hear this, but take your vacation days. Yes, even if you don't go anywhere.

I used to like having a week of vacation days banked as a buffer, but also, corporate policy only allowed me to carry over a week anyway. The rest? Use it or lose it.

After the 11 hour Isner-Mahut match(7 hours of tennis in one day), they changed the rules to make sure that never happened again. I'm waiting for baseball and similar sports to come to a similar conclusion.
