If one were a little clever, they might even hypothetically be able to use other bits of mesh as "brushes" in conjunction with proportional editing, in order to control the sculpting in very very specific ways.

Blender has a tool called Knife Project, and it not only has a name that's cool as shit (sounds like a super move), but it's actually as cool as its name. Just a little tricky to use.

If you're learning 3D modeling, I think it's really valuable to watching tutorials and timelapses without trying to replicate what they're doing. Just watch other people work and absorb the different techniques they employ and the ways they solve problems.

oh shoot this reminded me that we actually have a wii lying around but no wiimote 😭 might be a bit easier to emulate tho aside from maybe CTGP

I'm sure we have the sensor bar but if not then I'm sure I could always use that one trick where you light a candle and point it at that instead lol

I was like "oh shoot this isn't the usual shaders or geometry node stuff" and then you turned off the shader
maybe one decade I'll have the godot knowledge to comprehend how this exists
