4 has a much more engaging stealth system with the sonar ring, gives you more reward for being patient, and makes fights feel a lot more pressured when you get caught.
Even without the weird stuff like Solar Gun, Emotion bullets or the Tanegashima, 4 just plays better at a fundamental level.

I keep seeing folks say they'll just accept a Teen Friendly account on Discord rather than scan or ID and I don't know if I wanna mass normalize leaving NSFW pals out in the cold yet again. Especially with all the censorship stuff goin on I think we gotta stand with the freaks now more than ever.

In a Fighting Game, it's me and my main. If I win, I win. If I lose, I lose. That's life.
In Heroes of the Storm I could get called a buffet of insults with a dash of slurs if I picked Nova. In Rivals I get told I'm throwing if I pick Thor instead of Rocket.
Why would I enjoy that?

I get hung up on trying Deadlock because I wonder if it will be like every other Hero Shooter: I play around a bit, I experiment with characters, I lose a lot and wonder if I'm doing something wrong, I dive in and immediately go "Nope" when I hit the skill wall needed to "be good".
