This is what I think people are missing.

The stuff Pat streams already has issues and that's on a system it is meant to run on. Adding another layer of complexity, alongside working out things like anti-cheat lockouts and DRM, would not help his issues.

It doesn't work 'for his specific needs'.

The other post was that since they review and show games, that it is better that they use a more common system baseline that matches the consumer experience. Which is a valid point.
