So easy to forget that new therapies, as marvellous as they might be, can present with a myriad side effects. 6/12 of Pembrolizumab and I’m now thyrotoxic, with +/- hypophysitis. Rx by a second specialty service has commenced. I’m hopeful of symptom resolution. #Sèzary

We seem to be heading in the same direction with tobacco. High taxes make black market so lucrative they are now funnelling everyday Australians into criminal justice system. Big $tick$.
