At one point or another, we're all going to need to see a doctor.

But our health care system remains unaffordable, inaccessible, and deeply dysfunctional. It is unacceptable.

That’s why a strong majority of Americans agree: We need Medicare for All.

While millions of families struggle to put food on the table Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos & Mark Zuckerberg own more wealth than the bottom HALF of Americans.

That’s what oligarchy is about. That’s what a rigged economy is about.

Is it any wonder that people in this country are angry?

MS NOW: Are you getting any support from Republican colleagues saying this kind of rhetoric isn't okay?

ILHAN OMAR: No. And it isn't surprising because the Republicans have bent the knee. They've welcomed his disgusting rhetoric. I'm not expecting any of them to develop a backbone now.

"Somali's commit the most crimes" in Minneapolis, is factually incorrect.

- Demographics don't capture ethnicity, only race, so at the face of it the statement is misleading.

- Demographics by race is only captured for specific types of crimes, and not all crimes.

I happily donate to Wikipedia, incredible resource in this day and age especially.
I take Wikipedia for granted. Reading this Jimmy Wales interview reminded me in our Fantasyland age what a remarkable and important creation it is. True pillar of civilization. Runs on only $200 million a year. Requires our support. So I’m finally donating. Gift link: www.nytimes.com/2025/10/18/m...
